It seems that nobody is believing that Shane Mosley can beat Manny Pacquiao despite his claim and his performance during his training in Big Bear California. In an interview, he said that he can knock out Pacquiao on the 7th round of their welterweight match on May 7, 2011. He said that the Filipino pound for pound champion can get a beating and bruises on the early rounds then will break down on the 7th.
Meanwhile, Freddi Roach and the rest of Pacquiao team believe that the result of the Pacquiao vs. Mosley fight will be a knock out and their fighter will surely stand as victorious on this match. They predicted that Mosley will only reach up to 6th round. This shows on the sparring sessions of Manny with other undefeated welterweight boxers like Shawn Porter who he knocked out on the first week of their training and Karim Mayfield who is known for being a Mosley clone.
Its a bash of two welterweight boxers and both are claiming that they will definitely give both bruises and a big fight of their lives.
IMHO, I think Manny Pacquiao will win this match not because I like the guy's attitude towards his boxing career but because I believe his speed and strength is too much for the oldies like Mosley. As of today, I can't see anybody that can handle this kind of strength, even Mayweather. But I still want to see JMM to fight him for the 3rd time and disprove his claim that he beaten Manny twice. Well let see if Bob Arum agrees for a Marquez vs. Pacquiao 3 later. For the meantime, let us watch Pacquiao vs. Mosley online together.
